I really don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews.I’ve used Calm for almost a year and it’s helped me so much.I have struggled getting to sleep for years and didn’t think anything would help. It took a while for me to get used to the sleep stories but now I can’t go a night without one.I also listen to different meditations a few times a week when I’m feeling worked up or anxious and they always make me feel more calm and relaxed.
