I had a family account and cancelled the subscription before it was to renew. I got an email confirming the cancellation but they charged my credit card anyways, under my child's name! Then they couldn't find the charge and made me provide a ridiculous amount of info so they could find the charge. Unacceptable. It's not even resolved yet after constant emailing. I will never subscribe again
