Have ordered many items with bol.com over a few years, never ever have I received an item damaged, or has an item gone missing.The few times I was unsatisfied, I simply returned it and got my money back, no questions asked!Even if an item is a little cheaper somewhere else, I'll order from Bol since I know that, if there's something wrong or I change my mind, I can easily return it.
