The all the E-books they are selling mention it's an Adobe E-reader format, but it isn't always the case it happens that you can only download acsm files which I can't in E reader apps. You will only find out it's an acsm file after you bought the E-book and want to download it.Contacted customer support which called me back saying I am wrong and it is my problem.So bye bye bol.com
