Binance had a system crash and I could not add funds or close my positions during the system crush for almost 20 minutes during the 3rd jan system crash. They also made an explanation in X about it. So i asked them for an explanation and compensation as it was their fault. They did not let me add funds or place my orders. I had network errors and the system logged me out i could not log in for a time. When i succeeded to log in finally i noticed that i was liquidated. This is not investment or something else its just a scamming people. Stealing their money. Why the have SaFU then. What is my fault in this issue rather than trusting binance.they have all log records and they thay had a system crash even notifications and alert did not work during crash.
