Traded with this company, had 1 subaccount, after approx. 1 year of trading, the message "Your Spot account trading function is suspended. You are currently unable to activate your Margin account." popped up on main account, support can't tell reason and just tell to close account. After 1 week, subaccount also get same message and recieve account deactivation notice, to withdraw funds in 1 week. I abode by all ToS, did nothing wrong. Now I have no idea how to convert funds on cross margin to get left with positive outcome.
