My case ID : #133963513.I as a buyer of USDT came across P2P service. The payment was done via bank transfer and seller also confirmed the payment received and also the seller attached the proof of payment received. the proof of transaction was provided by both parties to each other. The seller asked for bank details surprisingly to release USDT. I was afraid to provide any such details. So I have appealed on BINANCE. So I have attached all the proof of transaction even the receipt of the money in the bank by the seller. The response from BINANCE was shocking" To provide video recording of the transaction from the bank application" I didn't understand why would BINANCE asked for it. Even the seller confirmed about the receipt of the money. This is something BINANCE has to work on it. I wish not to provide the any kind of recording to the seller.Still i didn't received my USDT.
