Wish I could leave no star

Wish I could leave no star. We purchased a tv and sound bar. Delivery and installation was set for Jan 3. The delivery was a no call, no show. Called the 800 number and the delivery team had become “sick”. No call from Best Buy. Rescheduled for Jan 9 only to get an email on the afternoon of the 7th stating that the installation part wasn’t scheduled and that it can’t be done until the 13th. Biggest waste of time. Spent the day waiting for the first delivery only to have to reschedule and then find out that it has to be done in two separate visits because of the incompetence of the Best Buy employees. I won’t purchase from them again.
