Worst Customer service and horrible Cafe Dishwasher

Just before Christmas on Black Friday we purchased this Cafe dishwasher on sale. I had it installed by you. We went to use the dishwasher the next day and found it didn’t work, the detergent wouldn’t open and it didn't heat up. We tried it probably 6 cycles and it wouldn’t work. I called and made a return and they provided me with a discount for having the issues. They came and installed the new (second) dishwasher. We just got that one installed I believe on 12/22/24. We used it 3-4 times and then an error code HRF popped up and it no longer worked (that is the heating element). I tried everything and the error will not reset. So I tried to do the online chat 3 times but was disconnected each time. So I called customer service. I told them my issue and that I no longer trusted this Cafe dishwasher and wanted to exchange for something else like a Bosch. My wife wanted to see one in person and the agent told me the store could process my exchange. We went to Best Buy at Easton (Columbus). We picked out our Bosch and I asked if I would get the discount that I received before for all the issues (a discount was provided for the issue I had), he said he could offer me $50 off only but not the $150 discount. So I went to process this and he told me I had to pay for it all up front again and the in 7-10 days I should receive a refund for what I already purchased? Well this didn’t seem right because I literally just went through this and I didn’t have to pay again on the other exchange? So I told them I would just call customer service instead. I called customer service again. They wouldn’t give me any discount, I explained I already had received a discount for the issues I was experiencing but they wouldn’t honor it and in fact wouldn’t even give me the $50 discount the guy at the store just offered. So now I no longer had the discount because it was no longer being honored and I missed out on the black Friday sale deal because of the faulty machines I was sold. I have been a loyal customer. I asked for a refund which will be processed after the return. I asked them to cancel my total tech which was processed. I bought the same machine for $200 less at Lowe’s plus I got my 10% discount for being a veteran. All I can say is wow! You lost a loyal customer, that was really bad!I made a appointment to have this dishwasher uninstalled and picked up from my house. This is the 3rd day of work I have missed due to this dishwasher. The guy for Best Buy showed up and within less than a minute told me he cannot help me because the dishwasher is still installed!!! He said that they don't uninstall, just pick up! They said I would receive a call from Best Buy to reschedule and also suggested that I could let Lowe's take the dishwasher when they come to put in my new one (I told them that they are coming.) Well no one from Best Buy ever called me so I reached back out and spoke with Jerry who said he is in Guatemala. He was very kind but had to put me on hold so he could speak with a manager, Kevin in United States. After a long hold and then a phone call back I was told by Jerry that I needed to call back tomorrow to reschedule a appointment. He said he couldn't do anything else because the appointment for today was still there or something like that. AWFUL!!!!
