I bought an iMac computer from Best Buy…

I bought an iMac computer from Best Buy and was misled by calling the phone number listed for a store and not told that I was talking to an online agent. He lied to me that there are hardly any agents in the stores and that I would be better off buying over the phone. I was given misleading information about the computer and thought the agent was lacking in his knowledge of the product. My computer had died and I needed a computer quick, so I made the purchase. I was told to pay over the phone even though I was picking up the computer in 1 hour and that the store would have the receipt. The store had no receipt and said that they could not print one because the sale was from the online store. The computer did not come with a thunderbolt plug in charging cord for the Magic Mouse and keyboard, and I talked for over an hour with 2 agents trying to identify the plugin ends on the cord but no one had a clue what they were. I had to go to the Hurst, TX store again where Jeff and his manager not only apologized but went to the shelf immediately and gave me the correct cord. Jeff then found adapters for me to adapt the thunderbolt end to USB A plugin for some of my older equipment. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from the online store, but I cannot recommend the Hurst, TX store any HIGHER! They were outstanding!
