Customer service is NO help. Apparently, it’s a “call center,” but getting help is ZERO, did not happen. They hung up on me twice today when I requested to speak to geek squad who were setting up my new laptop and transferring data from my old laptop. They did not respond to texts either. No wonder the reviews are all negative. I had to drive to the store to get any kind of update on my laptop’s status. What should have taken no more than 48 hours to do will be at least 60+ hours because of the total lack of customer support. Employees at the store agreed with me that the “customer service” call center is a complete waste of time. It’s better just to go to the store than waste time contacting the call center. Let customers contact the geek squad at the store directly!
