Received an order that was not mine. I called and arrange to have the diaper Genie returned two phone calls later 4 days later they finally pick up the diaper genie. Left me sitting here an entire day waiting for fed ex only to get another tracking number. Has been two weeks and still not returned to warehouse and they have not sent my items and now they won't give me a refund. Worse service. Gets better customer service rep misunderstood me on the phone and told me that it took 3 to 5 days for the item to get returned. When he realized it had been 2 weeks he then said it was in the warehouse but not scanned in yet. At this point I said I wanted a refund and he told me he could not do that. Worse customer service ever and this is the first time i have ever given a rating of 1 for any retail or online service.
