I ordered a rug. Upon arriving and upwrapping, there is damage of spotting/staining and pulls in the rug. To return they said even if it's something defective that they shipped, I am still responsible for return shipping. Which happens to be $74. That is so not right if you sent something that was damaged or used..... not happy
