I wonder what is the point of Trustpilot?Yeah, we can all see the reviews - and BBC Good Food IS a terrible website - but if the actually websites, companies and organisations don't read these reviews, or do read them but aren't in the slightest bit bothered by them, why do we waste our time giving reviews?
