the company lied in response to my complaint then paid a membership fee to upgrade their rating from f to a. Total waste of time and effort. Basically companies can rip you off, lie, steal and the bbb looks the other way as long as the membership fee is paid. They closed a complaint for no reason...just closed it a few days after it was submitted.
