How can you be a consumer advocate and give Xfinity an A+ rating? I don't know anyone who has had Comcast / Xfinity that has anything good to say about their customer service which is almost non-existent and you cannot get through their prompts. This company is pathetic, and the old saying is "Money Talks"! My latest problem they are still taking out payments on my credit card after I canceled my serviced. I called them several times, and was told they would call me back yesterday at 3PM, NEVER. HAPPENED! The FCC or the Federal Trade Commission should step in with this company but again money talks!
