I have been using backblaze for 6 months but can no longer trust it. First there was an inconsistency in November, resulting in a system freeze that I spent about an hour sorting out. Now, worse, I have an email saying 'missing computer - 14 days' which should happen if you are disconnected from the internet for a period. However, I have NOT been disconnected from the internet and Backblaze on my Mac says I am completely up to date! I have gone online to check and sure enough, recent files are missing.Firstly, 14 days is far too long for a first alert. Secondly, why is the backblaze app saying I'm up to date when I'm not?This is all about one thing - trusting a back up system and I don't have that trust after this.
