Terrible experience. I regret the day I decided to try AWeber. We signed up for a free one month trial. Realized that we did not like the service and asked to cancel our account via email.Later we realized that AWeber did not cancel our account and charged us after one month. That's ok, things happen. We contacted customer support and asked for a refund. They refused to give us money back saying that they replied with some request for verification which we missed. After half an hour battle I just gave up and submitted a charge back with my bank. Customer support was not helping at all. Even when I asked to talk to a manager, they still refused to issue a refund and said they would charge me at the end of the month even if I cancel my account now. Really? O_oTo sum it up, we had lots of problems uploading our customer list from Shopify. Those few subscribers that we were able to upload, got a very bad open rate with AWeber comparing to other services. Than AWeber went completely out of integrity and refused to issue a refund ignoring our previous request to cancel the account. What a rip off. Stay away from AWeber.
