If you’re considering AWeber, stay away.

I signed up for AWeber and paid $250 for their service. I have been email marketing for over 7 years without any issues, using a clean, well-maintained list built over time.Within less than 24 hours, AWeber suspended and permanently closed my account, falsely claiming I was sending “unsolicited emails” despite my extremely low complaint rate of just 0.01% (1 complaint).I immediately contacted support, explaining that:✅ My email list is 100% opt-in, collected over the years.✅ I have been mailing the same list with another service for years without any compliance issues.✅ I was not given a warning or chance to address any concerns.AWeber refused to provide proof of any violation and denied a refund, even though I I never got to use what I paid for. This is a clear case of unfair business practices and theft.Because of their unfair treatment, I have filed formal complaints with:🔹 Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 🔹 Better Business Bureau (BBB)I strongly advise against using AWeber. They can shut down your account without proof, keep your money, and provide no real appeal process.If you're considering AWeber, stay away! They take your money, close accounts without justification, and refuse refunds.I will continue to fight for my refund, including taking legal action and reporting them further. If you’re considering AWeber, stay away – they are an unreliable and untrustworthy service provider.
