Using Avast solved some MAJOR issues I had with my old laptop. It helped me fix things my "old" protection wouldn't allow me to fix or help me fix. It kept me going until I could get a new laptop, so it was a no brainer to keep using Avast. Any problems I've only searched on site for answers, have not contacted them so cannot speak for contacting and help that way. As long as I can afford the subscription, I will go with Avast.
