Hi, I subccribed Avast free virus protection from Applestore for my iphone 15 at 13 th april 25. Somehow I was lead/trapped into another pay version, (ultimate subscription) which I unsubscribed 1 week later at the 18th april 25, obviously one day too late, since 249kr was drawn from my bankaccounton 23th april 25.Since I Installed Avast I had trouble googling various homesites and my Iphone was turning warm, the Avast app used much battery, and I have not been able to reach support. Today I uninstalled the Avast app and all problems are gone. The battery function is normal.I would like my money back- 249kr for one year. Kindly Solvej Kyng,
