Purchased a laptop from our Navy Exchange, then, 3 months and 25 days later, it died. Filed a claim with the service protection plan we bought separately, only to have them refer us to Asus. Well, Asus now says it's out of warranty, since they stopped manufacturing the laptop more than a year ago! My son is in college, and he needs his laptop for school! We are NEVER going to buy Asus again- lousy service!!!
