Sent off a two week old monitor to their UK repair agent (LetMeRepair) that had a line of dead pixels.Received a smashed up replacement. There is no information on how I proceed in this case. Had to go through the whole RMA replacement process with Asus again. The packaging was not adequate to protect the monitor against the perils it faces in a couriers network. Asus said to send in the original box, I did this but the box you get your replacement in is not the original and is not adequate to protect the screen. The only good thing was the turn around was quick. But that has been let down by insufficient packing of the screen and it arriving smashed. Be warned if you buy Asus products in the UK. Just look at the reviews of their repair agent.**Update**Made another RMA request with Asus which was approved. Received another replacement that made it in one piece. Looks like new.Packaging was okay but the monitor was not secure in the box along with the stand. This means that if the courier is heavy handed (and who can blame them moving boxes all day) that the monitor is free to move around. There is a lot of bubble wrap but the contents are not secured. The corner protectors in the box were not attached to the screen and it was a bit haphazard. Not sure if someone opened it to make sure they didn't send a broken screen and then couldn't get it back together again. In the end it was okay but I will not be buying anymore Asus products. Not that this will matter to them.
