Worst customer service.

In years dealing with various laptops and customer services, Asus has by far been the worst. I have been having one problem with the laptop that is build quality problem in the laptop. But the customer service refuses to fix it under warranty, because they found an unrelated keyboard key broken( which I don't even want fixed) . And now they put the whole complaint under physical damage and refuse to give services under warranty. If any potential buyers are reading this. DO NOT buy. For context - I am from India.
