Worst custimer service of any industry

So I bought an ASUS ROG Maximun Z690 Extreme Glacial motherboard to the tune of 2300 dollars on amazon, was super excited to get it, and due to previous issues with fedex and ups, was recording the unboxing to have proof it was damaged upon receipt. When I removed the motherboard from its packaging to inspect the health of the socket, I initially missed the damage to the board, but the camera didnt. 4 of the VRM's had broken solders on one side. I noticed the damage later that evening when I clocked out from work and immediately sent an email with photos to the vendor on amazon and also ASUS, the vendor wrote back apologizing for the inconvenience and offered any help they could, along with eventually issuing a refund, ASUS however, despite video and picture evidence, decided to call it "Customer inflicted damage" and refuse to repair or replace under warranty.BUYERS BE WARNED: ASUS will absolutely not take care of their customers regardless of evidence or amount of money spent. Go read through their warranty, it has more backdoors, loop holes and scape goat clauses than a third party bumper to bumper car warranty.If you cant afford to eat a 2300 dollar loss, if you are on a time constraint to get a build completed, do NOT go with ASUS. You're rolling the dice if you do.
