I have been a loyal customer of Asus since day 1.My 1st laptop is Asus, 14inch, last me a good 6 years w/o any issue.My 2nd laptop is also Asus, 15inch, last me 4 years with some issue.Meanwhile i got an Asus tablet CHI, and it died after 1 year.Quality is decreasing but it's ok, i will give Asus another chance for old time's sake.My 3rd laptop is a gaming rig and forked out 1k more to get a proper desktop workhorse, hoping that it will last me a good long while.NOPE! Just after 2 years, the USB ports died. Then the wifi begin to drop, and keeps dying; i have to resolve it by shaking and resetting from BIOS. Then the fan starts making noise. And then 1 dead row of pixels begin to appear. I sent it for repair and guess how much they quote me?1.8K. Bloody 1.8K to repair this piece of trash.Well done Asus. You have just lost a loyal customer thanks to your dirt poor quality. Good bye.
