Contacted ASUS regarding a fault with my laptop, they organised collection for repair. The courier arrived with a well-padded secure crate for transport. I was kept informed at all stages of repair and the laptop was well packaged on return. This was a warranty repair. Overall I am very satisfied with the service received.
