One of my Asus Routers (I have 3) dies on me. Bought it in Nov 2024, and it was dead 2 days ago. I submit an email with a video clip showing the power cannot stay on after I turned the power button off and on again. obviously the person who replied me didn't read my update and asked me to go through some steps to log in and reset etc. How can I do that when there is no power to the router ?! I called the helpline and the person just asked me to keep the conversation through email and they couldn't do anything through the phone.It's easy to buy the product, but the customer service is one of the worse that I have experienced. Asus asia (Hong Kong and Taiwan) are much more respectful to customer.
