I used to love ASOS

I used to love ASOS, it was my go to for everything. Paying to be a premier member meant next day deliveries and free returns. Now their new policy means that you have to pay for deliveries unless you spend a certain amount and delivery is now standard unless you pay for it. You also, now have to pay a fee on returns. Understand the reason behind the change, but it now means they’re no different to any other clothing website which is sad. Could they just have increased their premier membership price instead but given us the same benefit as before?
