Seriously? Message to ask them if they could gift wrap an order for my mum‘s birthday since I’m leaving for Morocco in a week and my dad is useless at gift wrapping. They tell me they first have to check if they do it (weird they don’t know??) took a few minutes, and then told me they didn’t and I’ll have to let the “lucky person” know a gift was coming their way. Cut to a few minutes later, I get an email saying my order didn’t pass security checks and for the “safety” of their customers they’ve closed my account. If this is really about me telling them it’s disappointing they don’t offer gift wrapping and then ending the chat then that’s absolutely pathetic.
