Slightly unusual case but at a loss…

Slightly unusual case but at a loss where to go.Ordered a brand new iphone direct from apple via Apple's monthly payments. The shortest version of my story below:DPD delivered an empty box. I have CCTV proof of the empty box arriving from multiple angles. On closer inspection the box had been open and been convincingly resealed with glue.Apple claim they've checked the weight with DPD which confirms there was an iphone in the box so will not refund or replace. DPD say Apple havent checked with them and also lack a weight confirmation for my shipment.Approximately 40 hours on the phone to apple to try and resolve, pushed to different departments who refer me back again. Around in circles. No one can help. I just wanted the phone I am now paying monthly for for the next 2 years. But having spent so much time and energy now; I have given up. I now accept Im paying near £50 per month for a phone I will never receive. Really has left a bitter taste. Leaving this review as a last resort.
