I called to open a dispute about a purchase from a company that seems illegitimate . I have not received a conformation email and it has been almost a month. I emailed the company and called the number provided by amex, number was not in service. They gave me such a hard time to open a dispute and, asked me questions like: so when did the company say the item is expected when I clearly said, I have not received a confirmation email for my purchase. These Indian Reps cannot think for themselves, its like talking to AI. I thought Amex had the best customer service but this is disappointing to say the least.
