I have a corporate card, and even then they don't want to act right. They definitely won't act right for a personal card.My card was charged in error and I have written proof from the vendor that they intended to refund, and I STILL can't get American Express to investigate. They told me they "opened" a dispute, and months later there is no record of it. I reopened one again and it's still not on their site. I have screenshots of all the communication where they lied but I can't upload to this site. My advice is to save yourself the headache and pick a different institution.
