Abysmal service

I opened a dispute claim for a product purchased with Amex on Ebay. Big mistake! They have been dragging this for weeks, they close the dispute without contacting me, send communication by mail without alerting me that takes avoer 7 working days to arrive. I talked to over 12 agents over the phone. Quite aside from the fact that each agent tells me a different thing, they are all unhelpful. They charged me back because Ebay told them I am still in possession of the item but both Ebay and Amex refuse to give me the seller;s name and adress so I can return the product via a tracked/signature on delivery option. I asked for my case to be escalated and I was told I will be contacted within 3-5 working days. I wasn't. Today I lodged a complaint and was told again I will be contacted within 3-5 working days. I won't hold my breath, but I can tell you that's the last time I'll use their card. I opted for them because I had their card in the US, but their UK branch is a total joke.
