Amazon = overpriced, bad quality products and unreliable shipping

To be honest I used to be an ebay girly, then I started paying for prime and thought it was great!! I used to recommend amazon to everyone! But latley I've noticed the product quality from sellers is terrible! everything even expensive things look like they're cheap quality, don't work properly or are defective/damaged. In the past 2 days alone, I've had: a set of saucepans that were damaged (saucepan lid handle snapped off and not in the bag with the lid, which leads me to belive it was damaged before being sent, not In Transit. A thermal printer which didn't work at all. It said it only had 3%battery so I charged it and still after an hour being charged it still said it only had 3%battery. And a staple gun which was made of flimsy and bendy plastic and the staples bent into an 'm' shape evertime they went into things. after all these problems, i realised that from what I can see, they don't have an option on there site to for complaints with amazon itself, it only gives u the option to complain about sellers. I understand amazon don't sell these products the sellers do, but amazon is allowing so many faulty and rubbish products to be sold on its site! The quality of amazon as a business had gone right down in my opinion and I'm considering leaving amazon. Why pay all that money a year for next day delivery aswell, when alot of the time it's not next day delivery it changes once you have paid for it to the day after or a couple of days later. Also I emailed amazon prime video and music asking if I was entitled to a refund for either of them as I pay for it when u get the basic version free with prime membership. They explained that I have an upgraded version so I'm not entitled to a refund, then they canceled my crunchy roll subscription and my amazon music and amazon video upgraded stuff, It felt like I was being punished for asking if I was entitled to a refund or not.
