Terrible service!, product/suitcase was never delivered to my hotel although it showed up as delivered on app. After 3 calls with customer service, still no solution, only repeating that they will get in-touch after 48h. I will then be at the other side of the world and now I have to find another suitcase urgently tomorrow in middle of Covid restrictions before i travel. 🤯Will never use Amazon France ever again!!😖
