I have been trying to get a situation straightened out with Amazon regarding signing on to the site. I can't sign on now and they send a sms to a number that is obsolete. I changed this number a couple of years ago and it looks like they have not updated and it's causing me great distress. This has not happened before. Also, I am being billed every month to something I cannot use now. The last person I contacted to tell them this problem they said my only option was to call them. This is bs in my opinion. You need to have either a chat or email solution. I tried calling and it turns out my phone company does not cover this type of number. I want help for this and customer service is pretty garbage.
