Amazon contacted AQT 3 times for a refund. NO RESPONSE. I as the client am sent a series of useless emails ‘not to worry’. Then today Amazon A to Z guarantee join the ‘fracas’ demanding I contact th “UNCONTACTABLE” Courier company MRW. I after being a client of Amazon for over 20 years have to try and engage some legal recourse. STRESS. STRESS
