I ordered the Sphero toy for my nephew on Dec. 3, 2020 which was advertised as 'Arriving Before Christmas' on Dec. 18. But two weeks later Amazon Australia changed the delivery date to Jan. 2 but they continue to advertise even today as "Arriving before Christmas." When I try to cancel the order because of being misled, Amazon say I have to wait until it eventually gets delivered in 2021 then get my sister to pay the postage which they will only reimburse up to $24. Merry Christmas to you too, Amazon. Also, Amazon Australia make it nearly impossible to contact customer service. Eventually I had a chat with a repr who blamed this false advertising on Covid, was completely unhelpful and kept threatening to end the chat if I didn't respond in 60 seconds.Don't buy from Amazon Australia - they're dishonest and have terrible customer service.Jason
