Ordered an item on Amazon which came with free shipping. Order was confirmed and payment went through. 2 hours later the seller cancelled the order with no explenations. When I asked them the reason why it was because they changed couriers and had to pay an additional AUD$25, so would not fulfill the order.Contacted Amazon and they stated that they would look into it and if I wanted the item to order it again via a different seller as the original order was cancelled.There was no real customer service from Amazon, except to say that they would put AUD$10 into my Amazon account.At this stage the item is still being advertised as free shipping.
