Ordered a TV for $833. Came in completely smashed screen. Had to pay shipping costs of $470 to return. Been given the runaround for days and get zero help from customer service. They refuse to refund my shipping costs which was 56% of the total cost of the tv. They’ve lost my business and family’s business too. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been very kind this whole process. It’s been a joke. For a billion dollar company, they only care about their pockets and not their customers using their platform.
