I ordered a product on AliExpress and received a fake, clearly illegal item. I contacted them immediately, expecting some level of responsibility. In response to my last review, they told me to reply to their email and provide more proof which I did.I followed every step they asked for, sent all the evidence, and never heard back. It’s been a week now with no reply, no action, and no resolution. The sale was completed, my money is gone, and they’ve done nothing.This isn’t just poor customer service it’s active negligence. AliExpress is protecting criminal sellers and leaving honest customers with nothing.
