My package was misdelivered by FEDEX. It took me a few weeks to get that information for Alli. They have the worst customer service. I have received the same cut and paste answer each time. FedEX needs a a release from the shipper in order to proceed with my claim and Alli will not supply me with that. I am out 282.15 due to no help from Alli or their reseller. They are the worst I have ever dealt with. No help what so ever!
