We use Google Ads and for the last 2+ years we've been assigned an account strategist. The offshore strategists have generally been fine.But last year we were assigned a strategist called Ryan Pandit, who was awful. Unprofessional in approach and added no value. Why on earth Google would ever hire someone like that...He gave us advice that increased our ad spend by 250% in that month without any warning. I raised concerns to him multiple times and he did not respond or when he did he said to leave it. We got a terrible return on investment. Eventually the supported team helped undo his changes.I raised a complaint with Google, which is ongoing to get a refund for the spend - ongoing for 14 months so far.Generally the account strategists in house at Google are way too junior and clearly lack the right experience. Google and the Ads team should be embarrassed.
