Used to be good but they totally lost the plot.I'd make a really different review 3 years ago but feels like Active totally lost touch with their market and don't really care about keeping their costumers anymore. Costumer support is awful and you'd have to pay more to reduce plan size.I don't recommend it at all, there are better CRMs in the market for emails and automations now.
