Scammed me £150

Received my order after much delay and I received only 1 of the 4 items I ordered. I contacted their customer care team and because Hollister also did a similar thing I was refused any replacement or even a refund. I am a Uni student who cannot afford to be losing £150. Unbelievable how a company of this size can treat a customer like this.
