I've made an order online and chose to…I've made an order online and chose to collect at the closest pickup point that they suggested to me.Apparently, the pickup point rejected and refused to receive my order which is not being returned to Abercrombie.I called to their Customer Service and they asked me to wait 5 days to take any action from them, as send it back to a new address or cancel and refund my order.I hope I can have my order before Christmas.
