I received an order on 9/20/20 and returned it on 9/24/20 using the prepaid label it came with. On 10/16/20 I get an email stating that I have an e-gift card for my return so I emailed customer service because I wanted the money returned back on my card. It is nearly $400. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because it is after 30 days, I literally sent it back 4 days after receiving it via their label so if it was late it was an issue with their return shipping method not my ability to get it to the shipper. Then, he has the gall to tell me I shouldn’t use the label it comes with that I should go online and register it because those labels take too long! Seriously???? Firstly how would I know that, secondly if the labels that it comes with take too long to return so you don’t get your money back that is a scam. Now I’m going to have to call until someone will give my money back as this is insane and I certainly don’t want a gift card as I never want to shop there again.
