I have recently been ordering online as there is not a location near me. The items did not fit so I returned them and despite having the shipping confirmation that the items were returned by purolator I did not receive a refund. After reaching out and much back and forth they finally issued a refund. I ordered something else a couple weeks later, once again needed to be returned for sizing, had confirmation of the item being returned but did not receive a refund. I reached out and was told to wait 10 days for processing, more than 10 days have passed and still no refund. Do they think people are not going to check their accounts and they can just freely keep the money? If you have returned an item, ensure you actually get your money back!
