Have placed many orders over the years. Always quick to deliver. But when I asked to return an item (for the first time ever), I find out that the only way to return an item in Greece is to take to UPS which is located near the Athens airport.... Online chat support first suggested I return the item to any US store.... Then they suggested I take it to any other carrier and pay for all return fees. You expect me to return an item paying 20% of its value out of my own pocket? While you have no provision for your clients who do not happen to be based near the Athens airport in Greece??? Email support also unresponsive for days.UPDATE: Had to contact them again. Once again they only suggest I use any other carrier and not even offer to pay for the shipping costs. It's a joke given I've placed multiple orders over the years and never returned an item before. They only care for money and have lost all credibility post discrimination scandal
